“How long will it take for my order to arrive?”
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2-5 business days. Delivery times can take 1-3 weeks (business days) from the time of purchase until your order is shipped worldwide, unless specified in the product description. Sometimes we have special sales with priority shipping e.g. 3-8 days shipping. Shipping times can be found in the product description of all products, as well as shipping times sometimes vary depending on the item in particular.

Zeyda Toys works with global distributors and high quality artisans to bring you the best prices and the most amazing innovative products. This means that your order will be shipped from all over the world. Most of our shipments are sent via USPS and FedEx.
Since we ship directly from our partners and many of our products are in high demand, it can take 1-3 weeks (business days) for your item(s) to arrive. If you purchase multiple items, it is possible that you may receive more than one package.
Please do not worry if it does not arrive immediately. We provide tracking numbers with each number as well.

“How long will it take you to reply to my message?”
We strive to have one of the fastest response times on the internet. So far we've managed to achieve our best results on a regular basis, responding to queries within 1-3 hours, but we're not always perfect so please allow up to 24 hours - especially on weekends or public holidays.
